AFTER SALES SERVICE
The equipment and software provided by our company are within the scope of our services. After the project is completed, the technical documents and drawings of all equipment will be provided to the user, including equipment configuration drawings, equipment control diagram drawings, layout drawings, installation drawings, etc. Prepare and provide system specifications (detailing the system’s principle, design, implementation method and main technical issues); Provide equipment qualification certificates, test reports; Provide operation manuals and maintenance manuals, system user manuals (provided to users as a system operation manual), all documents are in Chinese.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Our company sells factory products, the warranty period is 24 months from the date of system acceptance and commissioning.
